The Standing Committee of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport, held today at the National Sports Council, said high-risk matches Spain-England, and the At.Madrid - oporto and R.Madrid-Liverpool Champions League and Sevilla-Barcelona-Espanyol At.Madrid and the League.
The Commission has agreed to propose various proposed penalty, including the following:

- Copa del Rey:

. 3001 euro fine and a ban on access to sports for six months to three fans who consumed drugs in the encounter between Real Betis and Union, played January 14.
