A follower of the club Atletico Mineiro victim died today of a bullet that apparently was shot by a fan of Cruzeiro, just before the most bitter of the football classic of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, local media reported.
The authorities said that according to witness accounts, Marcelino Lucas Batista, 20, hoped for a bus with some friends who wore the shirts to go to Atletico Mineiro Mineirão stadium, scene of the encounter.
